What should I send?
Either a specific frame or the whole video, shared through a Google Drive or Dropbox link. Then a few notes: what you want the thumbnail to show, the titles you have in mind, and any thumbnail you'd like yours to be inspired by.
How long does a thumbnail take?
Usually 2 to 3 days from when you send everything. If you need it sooner, you can pay a rush fee to move it up.
How do revisions work?
You get 3 rounds of revisions. Each round can be a whole list of changes, so you can send everything you want adjusted at once. After the third round, extra revisions are paid, and the price depends on the change.
Can we work together regularly?
Definitely. If you upload often, I offer discounted thumbnail retainers and bundles, and I'll plan your thumbnails around your upload schedule. If you'd like help beyond thumbnails, management is available as its own service.
